General Sales:
 All orders must be at least 200sf minimum.

 Pictures on our website are for inspiration and reference ONLY. LVP Depot will not be
responsible for orders that do not match the pictures online. It is the responsibility of the
purchaser to ensure that the products ordered are the perfect fit for the project.
 NO CANCELLATIONS/NO REFUNDS. All products are ordered in, therefore are considered
special order, and cannot be returned, cancelled, or refunded.
 All orders must be paid in full before products are ordered.


Delivery/Shipping:
 Upon shipment, you will receive an email with tracking information for the order. The freight
company will also contact the purchaser to set up a delivery appointment.
 All deliveries require a signature from an individual 18 years or older. If an individual 18 years or
older is not present at the time of delivery or the freight company cannot reach the purchaser to
set up the delivery appointment, additional delivery and storage fees will apply to your order.
 All deliveries are CURBSIDE ONLY. This means the delivery drivers are not responsible for
bringing the material into the residence or unloading the material off the truck. Liftgates can be
requested for an additional fee. Most deliveries will be delivered by a semi-truck with a 53-foot
trailer attached. Ultimately, it is at the discretion of the delivery driver to determine if they can
deliver the material safely. If the driver determines they cannot make the delivery safely, the
purchaser will need to be prepared to meet at a safe location to accept the delivery.
 Deliveries will be made Monday – Friday only.
 Shipping windows will vary. Please contact your salesperson to get an estimated shipping
window.
 LVP Depot will not be responsible for any cost associated with rescheduling of installations or
other trades due to shipping/delivery delays. Please be sure to schedule appropriately or wait until
the products are in your possession.
 Please note any/all damage to the freight company at the time of delivery.

Claims:
 When submitting a claim to LVP Depot, please have the following information ready for your
salesperson.
o Invoice number, explanation of the exact issue, quantity in question, and all pictures to
give a clear understanding of the issue being addressed.

 Should any shipping or incidental damage occur, you will have 3 business days from delivery to
report these damages to LVP Depot. Any damage reported after 3 business days will be the
responsibility of the purchaser.
